Category: New Breakfast Menu Items
New breakfast menu items are in this category. This might take the form of incorporating unusual ingredients in a mainstream dish, such as kimchi in a vegetable hash. The addition would be in smaller quantities to give the dish a slightly different flavor profile than expected. One example where this has worked well has been the Persian yogurt starter. I’ve also served a small breakfast salad with a simple lemon and oil vinaigrette dressing to go with a quiche or strata. In most cases the changes will be small and evolutionary, and not revolutionary! Come for a visit and ask what new breakfast menu items might be available.
