Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds
As a small, cozy B&B near Gatlinburg, TN, cancellations significantly impact our operations. We strongly urge purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation plans from unforeseen circumstances.
To secure your reservation, a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus taxes is required via credit card, and the remaining amount is due on the arrival day. The balance will be automatically charged to the card on file unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
For cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations that are less than 7, and more than 3 days prior to arrival, will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations within 3 days of arrival.
Tobacco Use Policy
At The Sidecar Inn Bed & Breakfast, we maintain a smoke-free and vape-free environment indoors and in our shared outdoor spaces. This policy encompasses all types of smoking and vaping. Guests discovered smoking or vaping in these designated zones will incur extra cleaning fees, and repeated violations may lead to being asked to leave. This rule prioritizes the well-being and safety of all visitors at The Sidecar Inn.
Pet Policy
We recognize some guests’ desire to have their pets join them at The Sidecar Inn. Regrettably, at present, we’re unable to accommodate furry companions, including emotional support animals. This restriction doesn’t apply to trained service animals, as mandated by law. As per the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
