The peak Fall Foliage for 2023 is just around the corner! While the exact start and duration depends the weather, with the differences in altitude across the Smokies one can expect to see some fall color from early to mid-October through early November. I documented the change in color of the sugar maples here at The Sidecar Inn beginning on October 11th of last year.

Visit Sevierville has published a number of fall foliage driving guides with print-friendly maps.

Steeples and Farmsteads

Rocky Flats

Bluff Mountain

Douglas Lake

Boyds Creek (I need to get The Sidecar Inn added!)

English Mountain

Regardless of the leaf color, any of these make for a nice and relaxing drive at any time of the year. Come stay at The Sidecar Inn and explore the beautiful roads in the area!
