The name “Virage de Mulsanne” Bedroom name pays homage to the renowned corner on the Circuit de la Sarthe, a hallowed track where the 24 Hours of Le Mans race unfolds every June. This corner is located in the commune of Mulsanne, situated just outside of the historic city of Le Mans. Le Mans held the first race in 1923, which was run entirely on city streets. This is the oldest active endurance race, and a portion of the race is still held on public roads. The name, Circuit de la Sarthe, comes from the river Sarthe that gracefully flows through the city.
