Catching up on visits to a few area restaurants in February. First up is a repeat visit to Bluffs Grill and Tap for lunch following my first stint as a volunteer at the Sevier Animal Care Center. Kept it simple with a burger and tots, and a beer to wash it down with. Their burgers are made in house, and service has always been top notch on my visits. Bluffs is located at 1548 Parkway, in Sevierville.

Pelancho’s Mexican Grill

Deb and I had an early dinner at Pelancho’s Mexican Grill in Seymour. Deb had nachos with ground beef, while I chose the special of the day, which was a burrito with red sauce, and washed it down with a michelada. They also have a location in Knoxville off Downtown West Blvd.

The Shed Smokehouse & Grill

A few days after Valentine’s Day, I took my two girls to The Shed Smokehouse & Grill, located at the Smoky Mountains Harley Davidson dealership in Maryville. This was Kiera’s first outing with us, but I didn’t get a photo of here there. Instead here is one later that day zonked out on the couch. Our waitress did bring her some chicken so she had lunch too!

G&G Deli

I had spotted G&G Deli a few weeks before, but had not had a chance to stop in. They specialize in steamed hoagies, and hotdogs with various toppings. G&G is located at 535 Dolly Parton Parkway, and they are open from 10am until 3pm, Monday – Saturday. On this day I decided to try a pair of their hotdogs topped with sauerkraut and mustard.

We have menus at The Sidecar Inn for these restaurants as well as many more. We’ll be happy to make recommendations for places to have lunch and dinner!
